Ashlee Pittaway

Director & Social Worker

Ashlee is an accredited Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) with over 10 years of experience working with children, young people, and families with complex needs, specifically trauma and attachment difficulties. Her work is underpinned by the ethics of the AASW, and she uses a wide variety of evidence-based therapies. Ashlee holds strong values of respect and fairness and is committed to young people and their future well-being and happiness. She developed Creating Connections Therapy as she believes increased mental health is strongly related to a greater experience of connection to oneself and others.

Tayla Pudney

Counsellor & Therapist

​Tayla is a registered Counsellor with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation Australia (PACFA), with a background in supporting young people in achieving their educational goals. She focuses on building collaborative care teams to promote sustained change, creating a supportive network around each child. Tayla uses creative, child-centered approaches to support children and young people, helping them express themselves, build resilience, and strengthen their relationships within the family system.

Carly Thomson

Social Worker & Therapist 

Carly is an accredited Social Worker with the AASW, with a wealth of experience supporting children, mothers, and families. She is passionate about helping families overcome challenges, build resilience, and create a strong, safe future.  

Carly is knowledgeable in helping families explore healthy and safe communication patterns through the use of dyadic interaction skills. With a compassionate approach, she supports families in building stronger, more connected relationships by supporting trust, emotional safety, and mutual understanding.
